Black Clover Memory Cards is one of the calmer black clover games online, a matching game with a twist: the pairs are not two copies of the same portrait. Each pair is two different characters who belong together, such as a pair of siblings from a royal house, two elves of the Third Eye or two orphans from Hage Village. When you match them, the game names the bond, so every board doubles as a small lesson in who is connected to whom in the Clover Kingdom.

It is a daily game with one play a day. Every player gets the same sixteen cards in the same layout, which makes the daily leaderboard a comparison of memory rather than luck.

How to Play Black Clover Memory Cards

The board holds sixteen cards, eight pairs, in a four-by-four grid. When the game starts every card is shown face up for five seconds with a countdown; after that they flip over and the timer waits for your first move.

Flip two cards per turn. If the two characters form one of the board's pairs, they stay face up and a banner names the link, for example the Vermillion Siblings or the Anti-Magic Bond. If not, both turn back over after a moment. Each pair of flips counts as one move, and every match adds ten points.

Match all eight pairs to finish. Your moves, time and score are saved, the best score is kept in your browser, and signed-in players appear on the daily leaderboard.

Tips for Fewer Moves

Use the five-second preview to learn relationships, not positions. Sixteen positions are hard to hold, but noticing that Noelle and Nozel are both on the board, or that two elves sit in the bottom row, gives you a mental list of likely pairs before the cards turn over.

Each board uses a family or group only once, and no character appears in two pairs. So when you spot a Vermillion, the partner you are looking for is almost certainly the other Vermillion on the board, and once a Silva pair is matched you can stop thinking about House Silva altogether.

When you flip an unknown card, pick its partner from memory before flipping the second. Guessing randomly costs a move and teaches you nothing new, while testing a real hypothesis either scores a match or rules one out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't the pairs look the same?

Each pair is two different characters with a shared bond, like siblings, teammates or allies. Matching them requires knowing Black Clover, not just remembering pictures.

How long is the preview?

Five seconds at the start of the game, with a countdown. After that the cards are face down.

Is the deck the same for every player?

Yes. The deck and its layout are built from the date, so everyone gets the same board that day.

How many times can I play?

Once per day. A new deck is ready after midnight UTC.

When does the timer start?

When you flip your first card after the preview, not while the cards are still face up.
